Howard P. Martzall is a retired Sergeant with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office (BSO), bringing nearly 29 years of correctional experience. He served as the Commander of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and played a key role in detention investigations, high-risk inmate transport, compliance, and training.
